At Kwik Seat, we stand behind the quality of our products. This page outlines our warranty coverage and refund process so you can shop with confidence.

Warranty

All Kwik Seat products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications made to the product

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@kwikseat.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to assess the fault.

Refunds

We offer same-day refunds on eligible returns. Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed the same day and returned to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery
